An easy marinade, a great accompaniment with almost any BBQ Product. Can be served Hot or Cold
Campbell’s BBQ rib marinade 2 onions 1 pepper 1 carrot 2 chillies 8 cloves garlic Splash of white wine vinegar 600 - 800g Tomato sauce 250 ml Dark soy 300g sugar mix. Brown, Golden or White Oil Worcester sauce Salt pepper
Step 1: Blend onions Carrots and pepper. Heat a little oil in the pan And add the onions, carrots, pepper and 1tbsp of Sugar cook for 9 mins on medium. Step 2: While the onion is cooking Blend Chillies and Garlic. Add to the pan after 9 mins and cook for a further 2 mins. Step 3: Add the vinegar to the pan the the soy sauce, tomato sauce, Sugar a splash of Worcester sauce salt and pepper. Bring to boil Slowly and simmer for 30 mins Step 4: serve hot or cold
